I'm getting a new garage door and motor. I've narrowed down the selection to a Coplay Coachman Door and a Liftmaster. Are Coplay Coachman doors nice and durable? What R value construction do you recommend for Maryland (Mid-Atlantic) - either 6.5 or 9 R value? Also, should I get double pane insulated the glass? These drive the price up, so I only want what is necessary for my climate.

Any recommendations for which motor to buy? I've been looking at these Liftmaster models - 8355, 8550W.

Attached is a mock-up of the door that I plan on putting in - do you like it? I'm on the fence about hardware (centered handles and step plate). I kind of like it without.
