Maybe Ampelopsis brevipedunculata?

The leaves could be a match, but Ampelopsis glandulosa var. brevipedunculata doesn't occur on Texas. I hadn't considered Ampelopsis tho. 😳😬

Hmm, yes, I think Porcelain Berry may be the best candidate. But is that Ampelopsis brevipedunculata or Ampelopsis glandulosa?

I also found a few other specimens around town:

It's Ampelopsis glandulosa var. brevipedunculata. There are 5 varieties of A. glandulosa. I still can't find any record of this species occurring in Texas. No recorded observations on i nat either.

Blakrab, if you scroll down in this article it will tell you how ID your vine as either Ampelopsis or Vitis.

Note- Leaf morphology is typically unreliable in distinguishing the two genera.
