Help picking the right quartz countertop

Hi all - I would LOVE to crowdsource some quartz countertop recommendations for our kitchen remodel. We are going to be putting in black cabinet fronts from Semihandmade, with natural wood range hood and floating shelves and a white or off-white zellige tile.

I am really stuck on which countertop to get, but I know I'd prefer quartz because it is easier maintenance and (supposedly) more eco-friendly.

I generally gravitate toward a honed carrara marble look (that is probably what I would get, if it weren't notorious for being tough to maintain in great shape).

Does anybody have a recommendation that would go well with this color palette? If there is something that has the look/feel of a honed carrara marble, that would be awesome, but we are open to a polished finish, if that's just going to be more practical than the quartz honed/suede/brushed/matte finish. We do prefer veining that feels a bit more random than symmetrically spread out across the countertop.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE!!!
