My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Unidentified bloom

Probably not the best way to identify. This was in a public park next to a rose labeled 'Othello'. It was in the same area as 'Sally Holmes' and 'Graham Thomas'. I may have better pics of the bush an flowers but I will have to look. Starting with the easiest picturof it I can get to. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
