Homelite 3514c won't start

Bought new from Home Depot new, started hard always. Put in new coil, replaced fuel lines, cleaned carburetor, replaced spark plug with a new one. No fire. Used a starting fluid that works on all of my 2 and 4 cycles, still no fire. Any ideas, ready to trash and buy new. Any ideas???
