Clematis terniflora?

Zone 6b, CT. I think this is Clematis terniflora, not the native clementis. If that is the case, does anyone have experience using it in their landscaping? Based on what I’ve read, C. terniflora is not invasive in CT. There are a couple of them growing in a wild part of the yard. I‘m contemplating moving them to cover a chain link fence that runs for about 100 feet between my parent’s yard and their neighbor who planted a row of bamboo decades ago. There’s a narrow bed in front of the fence that was installed as a bamboo barrier, not as a planting bed. It’s fulfilling its barrier function, but all manner of weeds, particularly vines, are growing in the bed which is only a foot and a half wide. As well as those coming through from the neighbor’s side. It‘s very untidy looking. I thought honeysuckle would be a viable solution, but I’m happy to try using a plant that’s already growing on site that’s not useful in its current location(s). Look forward to hearing your thoughts. Thanks! (The pics seem to be posting sideways. sorry)
