What's eating the bean leaves?

I am growing some bush beans in containers on my deck. I noticed big holes on some leaves (some leaves are half gone). However, I don't see bugs or eggs on either the top or under sides of the leaves. What's causing the big holes? (see Picture 1)

Also, one of the bean plant is showing yellow spots on some of its leaves. The older leaves are yellow all over and the spots are brown (Picture 2), while newer leaves are green and the spots are yellow patches in the middle (Picture 3).

Yet another bean plant has some leaves droopy and wilted at the tip, and the symptom is gradually moving up the leaf (picture 4). ). Is this some type of bacterial/viral infection?

Thanks!
