Help! Installing laminate garage conversion

I want to install laminate over a concrete floor that is a garage conversion. I have Underlayment with vapor barrier and the floor is smooth but because it was a garage It does have a slope. We’d be working from the lower end of the slope moving gradually up the slope row by row. Will this work and any tips? Thank you

I put floating click-together luxury vinyl plant over slab. The back is waterproof plastic so like a build in vapor barrier. The material I got was not the very thick rigid stuff, but thinner so it could follow gradual slopes - I don't think we had any obvious ones but the truly rigid plants seemed more complicated. That was a year ago and it's fine.
