Can anyone provide input on these? Are they any good?

I know these types of toilets / lids are not very popular in the U.S., so maybe that’s why there are hardly any recent reviews. It’s frustrating. Would love hear what people have to say.

The few reviews I have found are mostly old and there really aren’t enough to make a decision.
