I think the white is ok. Once you do the doors and house numbers, update your lights, mailbox, railings, and landscaping. All of that can be done fairly economically and will contribute immensely to the overall look.

I think you need to go a bit traditional. Your house roof line and garage door are traditional but the casement windows give it a more modern look.

@houssaon, the garage window grids popped right out! I never would have guess-thanks for the idea. It makes a surprising big difference.

I would go with a solid door and a framed screen door like someone mentioned above. Or 2 small windows at the top to mirror the garage row.
