these floors were our biggest regret.. stain with every drop of water

This flooring is absolutely the worst decision. So poor quality. We thought we were buying nice floors- they literally stain with every drop of water. We have had them 1.5 years and they are completely wrecked. We applied the oil, but every drop of water leaves a water mark. So terrible. Now, several of the boards are cracking and chipping. Didn’t last a fraction of the time of our old wood floors which were much cheaper.

As discussed previously with our customer service department there is a luxury and warmth of having hard wood floors, but they do require a little maintenance especially when it is a white/light colored like yours. Every time a floor is purchased from Legno Bastone we provide our residential care instructions with the recommended cleaner as well as Daily, Weekly/Bi Weekly, and Yearly care along with some usefully tips such as felt under chairs and tables and to remove spilt liquids as early as possible to help preserve the beauty of the wood and the integrity of the finish. Our records indicate that those instructions were also provided to you directly along with additional care advise. We also have our care instructions on our website for further reference. Based on the purchase date and the provided pictures of your floor, we believe maintenance is due. We encourage you to follow those instructions using the recommended products.
