Nothing to it..prune it where you want,and that's where it will sprout. Just remember as time goes by,and sometimes with these its a very long time,they will drop lower leaves. So if you prune high...that's where the leggy look comes in.

Yours looks great...I wouldn't prune it unless you can't get around it or its hitting the ceiling.
