I'm assisting with the installation of laminate flooring at my parents' home. We've learned after the fact that we needed to undercut the entryways before laying the flooring. I fully understand this was not done correctly, but my question is the best way to fix the issue. We're just laying quarter-round since the baseboards were not removed, but I'm not sure what to do with the entryways. The only suggestion I've received is cutting the trim and installing the quarter-round throughout. Any other options? Thank you in advance!
