Hello! I have a design challenge for you all. I have a 120 year old little house downtown that is being gutted. Initially, it only had one bathroom but we are hoping to add another one and a stackable washer/dryer in one of the two bathrooms. I've attached a photo of the space we're working with. What types of layouts would you consider with what we have? Toilets do have to stay where they are due to a high main drain.

Ideally we'd have two spaces for bathing or showering but we're open to suggestions. I realize these are small bathrooms. Let's get creative!

The bathroom high on the page will be the master bathroom, only accessible from that bedroom. The one below it is the one we're adding, and it will be more for everyone's use. The south wall in the second bathroom is not drawn in since it could move farther south another few feet if necessary. The door location on that wall is also flexible.
