Not sure what to do with layout. It is almost a G but more of an octagon with two entry points. Not a huge fan of the corner sink but stuck with layout. We are stuck in analysis paralysis. Trying to figure most cost effective way since I will be installing new cabinets, back splash, and appliances.

We want double ovens, cook top with vent hood or 48 inch professional range with double ovens. Wife wants to keep black LG fridge and black Bosch dishwasher. Would it be odd to have a stainless range?
