At what outdoor and inside conditions? I assume this is in AC mode. Look at insulation and ductwork sizing to this bathroom...

I am having a problem finding a local HVAC company with a camera to check insulation, etc.

Where would the Insulation problem most likely be??

Outside humidity is 80%

Indoor humidity is 44% except in the corner bathroom where the humidity is 40%

What is the temperature in the bathroom, and what is the temperature in the rest of the condo? Do you keep the bathroom door open when it is not being used? Does the bathroom face the south?

The humidity level is relative to the temperature. It is the percentage of moisture the air can hold at that temperature. When the air temperature increases the relative humidity level drops. A relative humidity level of 40-44% in Florida is good.

AC set to 74.

Condo temp remains at 74.

With bathroom door closed the bathroom temperature remains close to 80.

If bathroom door stays open then the temperature in the bedroom and

bathroom level off at 77.

The bathroom faces North.

It is noticeably warmer and uncomfortable upon entering the bathroom.

Higher temperature = lower relative humidity for a given water content. I didn't calculate how much lower the relative humidity should be for a 6% higher temperature but you can do it if you are interested.
