Does the power outlet have a thermal breaker?

My electrician was warning me about drawer outlet safety and stated they need to be style drawer outlets which have a thermal breaker built in. I don't see that in the pictures. Option?

Hello, please note that our outlet is ETL/UL certified outlet. Your licensed contractor/electrician must plug this outlet into a GFCI protected outlet in your bathroom. Thank you - Art Bathe

the engineered stone on this vanity- is there a specific name for the stone? I am trying to match the stone for my shower niche's and was wondering if there was a name or color name?
