I personally like the fourth option the best, it works well with the iron on your banister and I like that the round creates interesting tension against the square ceiling moulding.

First you have no space for a proper sized rug in that room . I dislike any chandelier that lights the ceiling insted of the table and in your case even a worse choice with the ceiling.Also avoid anything with Edison bulbs unless you love that yellow glow over everything. IMO lighting is chosen with all the spaces visible from that space taken into account . Could you post a pic of maybe the LR to get a bit better idea of your style. BTW remove the red lamp in the corner I think something like this might work but I do need to see another space the very traditional trim is thowing me off with that table and chairs

I think it should not only compliment this room, but your style in rest of house. For instance 1&3 are pretty modern and other two more farmhouse. If your home is more contemporary, styles below would work and suit the look of your room.

They all feel so delicate and slight compared to the heavy wood in the space.

I'm not a big fan of any of those options, particularly with the black metalwork of your staircase so close by. I would be looking at something that's more of a "traditional" design, but perhaps with a slight twist.

First, the coffered ceiling in such a small room is oppressive in the wood stain. I would paint it white to lift the appearance.

Next, the art selected is too small in size for such an important room. It further makes the room look small.

I would select a fixture that is either bronze or black to pick up the color from the staircase & select a style that is see through so the room is not further burdened with an elaborate accessory. I'd remove the dead branches in the corner because a tall tree would reinforce the height of the room.

I don't know the purpose of the narrow console table, but if it can be relocated, that would help. I see three types of chairs in the room and only one simple selection would be better.

I looked at all your fixture selections and other than the cage/orb, they seem too frenetic in style for the room.

Such elaborate ceilings really demand a fixture that is simple.

I would go with farmhouse vibe chandelier instead of modern.

I disagree that the wood ceiling is in any way problematic; in fact, I see it as the star of the room. It's gorgeous.

Leave the wood ceiling, it's lovely. I prefer Celery's second rendering. The shape is repeated on the staircase. You don't need any more squared looks.

I agree with Yayagal. Celery’s renderings create a comfortable, cozy room.
