Myer Lemon Has done nothing all summer

Can anyone tell me why my container grown Myer lemon seems to have stopped growing? It is a perfectly healthy standard,
with one lemon which has been on it since February or March, and which seems to still be the same size. Please tell me why? and what else should I do? Thanks.
