Hello,

I’ve had issues with my hardwood floors since they were installed. The installer says the issue was both the stain and the fact that the contractors allowed the painters to come in before the 72 curing period (which resulted in the finish being stripped in some areas where the tape was). I had the whole upstairs refinished and new finish applied but now there are gray/black streaking in the grain and the joints. I’m so frustrated. Pictures attached if anyone has any idea what is happening and how to fix. I use Bona, it was sealed with Bona HD and humidity is low. The floor is not buckling or anything. Please help!!
