You could always go custom and have them painted whatever color you like . I am not quite sure about what you mean by limited for your needs. BTW that color is one of my favourite wall colors for clients when they need neutral and don’t want beige or white . I think you could mix that line with the high gloos white and it would be stunning.

Any reputable semi-custom line of cabinets, e.g. Omega, Diamond, etc. will likely have a green finish option, and many of them will let you pick whatever color you want for an upcharge. And yes, please do price out custom cabinets. They're definitely more expensive than IKEA, but not as big an upcharge from semi-custom as you might think. If you plan to live in this house a good long time, it's totally worth the investment, IMO.

I would only do that color from a line if cabinets that actually have a sample door that I could see.

Keep looking. Green cabinets seem to be trending and I’m sure you can find one suitable.

Every mid grade line and up will offer a green. Plenty will do custom colors too. It won’t be Ikea prices though.

I'm curious as to why the Bodarp line is too limited for you. General lack of sizes, quality, a cheap appearance, or what?

I saw these too and was intrigued by them even though all along I have been planning a wood look rather than painted.

Anyone care to comment on the durability of Bodarp since they are a new material?

Patricia mentions pairing Bodarp with high gloss white. I was wondering about pairing them with the Askersund cabinet. My concern with both lines--Askersund and Bodarp-- is that they are of lesser quality than other IKEA fronts.

Re: "limited" (I should have explained in my original post!) -- I mainly mean that Ikea in general doesn't have many size options and the Bodarp doesn't have glass front options. We have an odd pre-war apartment in NYC with weird columns and corners. Whilst we don't need a custom kitchen, we do need options Ikea doesn't have.

P.S. I did not think the Bodarp line looked cheap! I do think that about other Ikea lines, but not this one.
