Help with Entry

Hello,
I just purchased a town home and am looking for a rug for the entry way. The door on the right is the front door and the other is too the garage. I had one door mat along the door to the garage but the door keeps pushing it each time it gets opened. Would a round rug fit here? I will be painting soon and am looking for something with a vintage look without the price tag.
