Help designing studio apartment

Hi Everyone!

I just moved to a new studio apartment and am having some trouble figuring out the layout. Maybe someone has some suggestions.

1. I'd like to get an Eames chair, but am not sure if it first in the space. Additionally Do you guys think white or black is a better color for the chair?

2. Do you think there is enough space for a coffee table?

3. I'm not really sure what to do with the area by the front door (next to the pic of the bike seat). I feel like it's dead space since there is nothing there. Any one have any recommendations?

I'm basically starting from scratch - the only furniture I have is this sofa (https://pafu.dev/r/tmxslo). I'm a mid 20s single guy going for a mid century modern aesthetic.

Any cool design ideas I'm missing?

Can you post dimensions of the space?

Personally, I like a black Eames chair, but I guess you go with what works best in your space. Which color sofa are you going with?

I prefer the black Eames lounge chair as well. Just remember, along with the ottoman, it takes up quite a lot of floor space. I would add a credenza under the bike picture, as a resting spot for keys, etc., plus added storage. Perhaps an Eames Hang-it-All too? Looks like a great space!

The Eames lounge chair should work, and we think the dead space by the door could be a good space for a console table, for a place to drop things when you come in. You also might be able to add a tall plant by the entry way as well.

I vote for black. Every room needs a little black. It anchors a room, it goes with everything and makes an impact.

Side note- I've heard the dye from jeans can stain a white couch, so you may want to look into that.
