My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

how much would it cost?

I’d like to have our concrete in our backyard stained again. It has been 4-5 years since it was put in. How much would it cost to stain?

      Depends in current condition and sealer thickness too. They’re are solvent exterior dyes available too. In order to use the product in the picture, the concrete would have to be free of sealer and porous.

      Pricing for stained concrete restorations are typically around $3.50-$5/sft.

      Yes, that would be great. We have natural stone (light colored edges) that has turned dark and we aren’t sure why.
