I’m planning a general first floor remodel that will include new flooring throughout the first floor, new kitchen cabinets and slight layout change (leaning towards IKEA), and a small powder room update (vanity/paint/new toilet). The kitchen will require a half wall to be removed and the bathroom will also require some drywall fixing because the current vanity is built in.

I’m not DIY savvy and was hoping to hire my own subcontractors to cut costs and because in all, this is a small project. I am afraid I’m going to miss something as this is my first major project, though. I know I will hire an electrician, plumber, and cabinet installer, but who do I hire for cabinet and wall demo and drywall repair? In terms of scheduling, would you do demo, flooring, plumbing, electric, drywall repair, cabinet and countertop install? Am I missing anything?
