The damage you show in your last picture isn't deer feeding on the plant, it's a male deer (buck) rubbing his antlers on the tree. The one you show has had the bark skinned down to the sap wood, all the way around the trunk and will have to be replaced.

I kind of liked seeing deer in my backyard before and kids were always happy.. now I hate these animals.. Is there any effective way to keep them off our trees? This is so infuriating ..

The second picture show the trees have been getting browsed to some extent. This can affect annual growth and slow the tree down.

I've never had to protect such a long row of trees before but would imagine some sort of deer netting and posts on both sides of the trees would temporarily stop the damage.

The only problem with that is that even after the trees are large and the netting removed, deer will continue to eat the lower portions of the tree and cause a 'browse line' where the foliage will be thin to non existent as far up as the deer can reach. So a fence around the entire yard would be the long term solution.

High population of deer in your area is the base problem. When food gets scarce, deer will eat things they normally won't touch if other food is available.

The buck rubs usually start this time of year as they try to remove the 'velvet' from their antlers. And later in the season as they mark territory to claim it as their own.

Without an effectively fenced enclosure to garden within there you will always be having deer and other wildlife decide for you what you are able to do.
