So the 22 x 19 space is what you have to work with for all of this? Shared wall with what ? You need to show windows for sure unless that is also needed. IMO you do not as I see it have space for a free standing tub and a shower and a WIC and a bedroom. I need to see where the windows are unless you can change those they will drive the design.

Agree with those asking for more information, especially size and location of windows and whether or not this is a renovation. Having said that, given your modest size requirement for a walk-in closet, it would seem that if the closet were in the upper right corner and the bath in the lower left corner you would have enough room for a decent size bedroom in the southeast corner. The closet is straightforward, but there are lots of option for the bathroom. More detailed info and desires would help.

Maybe see if something like this would work for you once you decide what you want in the bath and the closet access.
