It may depend on the amount of seating and info below may help.

nice windows. I'd prob do rectangle and bring in a bench against the window side so as not to block the views.

or try a build in banquette seating.

i would not use those heavy chairs in the picture

maybe something like these would work better

round would also work if it's large enough

If you will be using those chairs, a round would work best. How many do you need to seat every day? 54” round will seat 4 easily and you can squeeze a couple more in when occasionally needed. All tables have limitations. Watch for arm clearance below table and width of chairs at front edge of chairs. Those are most often tight points.

Thank you all. It’s such a difficult decisions! Of course more options if I go with rectangular...

Below are some options for tables that might just interest you and help you decide what kind of table you would like in your dining area.

I would go with round due to the prominent rectangular floor tiles, and the proximity to your rectangular countertop.

I think I'd get a 54" to 60" round table that has extension leaves to an oval. If this is your only dining space, figure out how many people you'd normally seat for entertaining/holidays (8? 10?) which will determine how many extension leaves you'll need. You can leave it in the round position for every day.
