That's a really bad photo. DO you still have the insect? If so, take better photos or at least count the wings. It's not a termite or ant. It doesn't look like any of the culprits that can damage a home so your build is probably safe.

But really, that photo could be anything from an aphid to a mosquito!

I think it looks suspiciously swarming termite-like also. A bit more info in the original post would help us help you, by making clearer the information you are seeking.
