Pull the sweep off it looks like a standard door sweep that snaps into the grooves on the piece of wood that you took off.

There is no wood that I took off, there is a groove/slot II the middle I the bottom of the door. Thx

I would just look for a sweep like this and face screw it. Should be a suitable replacement. Been in const supply 35 years and I have never seen that type of sweep.

You need to measure the overall height of the original sweep and then shop for something that can be made to work. If this is a wood door, possibly cut new kerfs in the bottom of the door to use a commonly available 2 kerf sweep or get a staple on sweep OR a face screw-on one like milworkman linked. Just be sure to match the height of the new one to the height of the original.
