I need help on layout of living room furniture for beach apartment. tv will be on far wall between windows and was thinking a sofa facing sliding doors and love seat on side where steps are, there's a 32 inch high wall near steps although I want the furniture to float. then a swivel chair opposite love seat so it can turn to TV if need be. like a slip color that can be washed because I wanted white furniture w blue or turquoise pillows. anyone have suggestions. a small counter will be near top of steps facing kitchen.
