Fountain spills killing plant around it

I have a big fountain on my lawn, but it is surrounded by a hedge. Wherever the water spils on the hedge, the leaves die? The corners of the hedge looks beautiful.

there are no chemicals in the fountain water, just normal tap water. And it get cleaned every 2 weeks.

please help

    What is it cleaned with? And what species is the hedge? Any chance of pictures of the damage?
