W. nobilis seeds are not available to the general public. If you do find someone offering them online, it will be a scam. Sorry.

No, seeds are unavailable here in Oz too. They're as rare as hens' teeth, (as are the trees in the wild), and botanical gardens, national parks and other formal organisations keep them close to their chests. Strict licensing is still in place.

I was a long-time member of the (now defunct) Wollemi Pine Society, and couldn't get seeds. If you know someone who is growing the tree successfully, they do propagate from cuttings, with some luck and a lot of love. But as you give no indication as to which part of this planet you inhabit, I'm not sure how they'd survive for you. Alaska? Hawaii? Europe? If you're here in Oz, it's not difficult to buy a potted example.
