More pics of front exterior

I think the stone could be lovely, it’s the windows/trim that I don’t particularly care for. If this were my house, I’d start with landscaping, then figure out a better garage door/color and repair/replace/remove the little arbor above it, then consider painting the brick, and then tackle the windows.

I don't to think it's the stone. I agree that the window type and placement give it a barren look, especially the picture windows. Splitting those windows up and adding some operable windows would be a big improvement. And yes to some landscaping. What is the function of the space with the higher windows?

Those are kitchen windows, believe it or not. I wanted to change them to make them larger or one single larger window. It would be way out of budget with stone removals, etc to make it happen.

Glad the stone isn’t a complete turnoff. We will have painters work on window trim after we replace the kitchen windows (smaller ones in the front)

What about whitewashing the entire house. Maybe redo the garage and front door.
Are you able to fill in those three small windows by the door ( either with a larger door a new single window , or stone...) also can we remove the fence and stone rim around the grass. And what about the pergola over the garage ... just some suggestions. Tons of potential here and it’ll look amazing

I think as stone goes, that is one of the more attractive ones. I would not white wash it.

When you are in the market for a new roof, get one that is charcoal. That will also help.

I agree that landscaping and replacing the arbor over the garage doors will help. Plant a variety of heights and textured in two or three rows. Keep about one foot or more from the side of the house to the edge of the plant at maturity.
