The back of the house is facing North. The location the house is located with the surroundings, no direct sunlight here where the small grass area between the deck and the back of the house.

Thus, the Bermuda grass has been dying, yet weeds have thrived. However, bare soil is exposed about 70%.

I had tried planting the SHADY type grass seeds here. Not sure why it did not survive. But I am sure that the gutter here causes a lot of flood.
