Hoya Linearis propagation experiments

My friend gave me one really long strand from her enormous linearis. Here are my experiments with propagation.

I kept one longer strand from the end and put it in leca. Small orchid pot that sits perfectly inside a yogurt cup. I retain about 1/2" of water at the bottom and this is under a grow light. It has rooted and unbelievably has what appears to be a peduncle forming.
