how do people find good arborists?

Hello,


I was wondering, how should I look for a good arborist?


I already emailed the local master gardener program and the county folk, but I am sure they are just getting hammered with emails.


Also, I am not the most patient person. How does one find a good arborist? This is for a stand of ficus. North part of Orange County preferred I guess.
