Hi All! Moved into a home that is 3 years old. Ranch with a walk out lower level and large upper deck that squeaks! I believe the owners said it was "gorilla deck" ? In any case it is a waterproof deck. Before we moved in the builder pulled the deck and re-installed in an attempt to fix the issue. The deck company said it was an install issue, however, seems pretty standard that the world is having issue with large decks made with this. So, we probably will be replacing but I need some advise from anyone that has installed or dealt with a quality waterproof deck.
