Help needed for vanity drain and vent issue

While remodeling my old bathroom, I didn’t think ahead about how low the existing vent was. In hindsight the original plumber did a poor job leaving room for any changes in the future. I picked a vanity I really liked, however, since it has drawers the p trap ends up being higher than the vent. The main stack is old cast iron and behind a wall now. My fix for the dilemma I am worried with leave me with a dry p trap due to syphoning. I really want to avoid ripping out the wall and cutting that 4” cast iron vent stack are there some solutions that could fix the issue without destroying my vanity drawer(s) or cutting up the cast iron stack? Added a picture of my current set up I thought would work and the stack so you can see why I want to avoid tearing into that. Thank you for any advice!
