Kitchen and Backsplash Part 2 - Please Help

Hi Houzz community. I am building a new construction home and would love feedback on which one of these backsplashes will work best with Calacatta Gold quartz countertops and white cabinets.
Options are:
- Soft Gray Gloss subway tile
- Linear Finesse (soft gray glass tile)
- Herringbone Finesse (soft gray glass tile)
