Need opinions on best for look/functionality/resale value: I have a long narrow sunporch, 22’x5’ and plan to move washer/dryer to one end of the room and stack them. Should I:

1. Create a wall of cabinets 2’ deep x 5’ wide by 9’8” tall, which includes stacked washer/dryer on one side
2. Creat a laundry closet with sliding or bifold doors with washer dryer and shelves behind

I know some of you will say put them side by side with shelves or cabinets over - but I’d rather stack them - on the adjacent long wall there will already be a small amount of countertop and a wall hung laundry sink, so I want to max out the storage at the end of the room.
