So im gonna do a ductless mini split system for my new house. Im torn between Mitsubishi and fujitsu but I think both will work fine.

I have 3 estimates so far for Mitsubishi. Company A is a huge company who will give me a cash discount at 27,750 for 6 units using mis hyper heat.

Company B said he's waiting to hear back from a supply company but said 30 using a more efficient indoor model then the first company but he will try do a bit better if he can.

Both those companies include 12 year manufacture warranty and company A includes 5 year labor and 10 year workmanship but according to reviews good luck, gotta pay first then get a refund sometimes. B I have no clue but standard seems to be a year.

Company C is a newer company about 3 years old. He worked for another big on and started his own.

for 7 units which includes my laundry room which I did not include from the others is 26750 or 23250 for 6. Thats a real attractive price but makes me nervous. I get a 10 year warranty since he's not a diamond dealer from Mitsubishi.

Do I go with the big name brand company and get all the perks *potentially* or trust the little guy and bank the rest in car of an issue?
