It’s hard to tell if the entire picture is the living room or if it ends after the fireplace. If it is one room , it’s MASSIVE!! And definitely calls for deviding up the space. You should for sure go with a huge sectional couch a massive rug coffee table chairs... I’d also create a reading nook somewhere. Lot of space. I think a couple more pictures would help

In one photo, I see two ceiling fixtures - a substantial chandelier and a fan. Chandelier seems to be in fireplace vicinity, so wondering if previous residents had dining area by fireplace, and ceiling fan area could have been a living room space. I think that might be an arrangement to consider.

the carpeted sunroom‘s glass doors to the living room will be removed. if you walk in front door and enter living room it is almost wide open to outside pool. The chandelier will be replaced and a round dining table will go under. To the right where the fan is currently. i envision 4 Swivel club chairs With a round table For playing games. In the living room, I want to keep the molding and paint it and walls in the same shade of white, but with molding a higher sheen. I am struggling with where to put the tv and what type of seating arrangement for living room. Since the fireplace is flush to the door to the bedroom hallway I feel slightly limited in terms of symmetry which I like. would be open to sectional or other ideas.

Divide the big spaces into different seating/ function areas that work for your family - use to scale graph paper to make sure you keep enough circulation space
