HI -- Yes , I have had that for over 20 + years , but my deck has a roof over it but the rug still gets wet in places . We have full sheets of wood under . Get a good quality out door carpet - not that cheap green grass stuff and it will last a long time.

HI -- Don't remember what carpet we got , but it was a better quality one from a carpet store , It was a little pricey but it's still good after all these years . The wood seems good -, but can't see underneath , no rotten spots . It was put down with a special glue , you would have to ask about what kind to use at the carpet or hardware store . I think we may have to re glue it now or get new carpet soon because it is starting to sound a little crunchy around the edges . We put it down in 1987 -- so that's pretty good , I think .
