We just ordered and received Bravada Lunette oak flooring. The quality of the product is not acceptable and is significantly lower quality than the sample we were shown. The wire brush effect has scraped through the oak venier to the low quality plywood below. Many of the boards are extremely rough and snag your socks when you walk. A black ink was used slopily on the knots and many boards look like they have random black paint spots. This is an extremely pooly made product by a company with even worse customer service. They want to charge us for shipping both ways, charge full price for the opened box, and charge a 20% restocking fee to return a product that is total garbage. That will cost us close to $1000 to return a product that is full of defects and is of unacceptable quality. Stay far away from this product and company.
