Our poorly constructed “bay window” (pictured below) looks out to our air conditioner and our neighbors half built tree house (that will likely never be finished!) - it needs to be removed as the sill is rotting out and windows are cracking!

We are thinking about drywalling that area in, and then getting a new set of doors to replace the sliding glass door that is adjacent to the bay window for a more “open” feel!

Any recommendations for the area where the bay window currently is? Thinking about a full wall of square wainscoting, or perhaps running electric so that a light can shine onto a piece of artwork there?

Thinking of a set of French doors to replace sliding glass.. ideas? It goes out to our patio!
