Does Neem oil kill BTI?

Some gnats infiltrated my home this fall and I am working on getting rid of them. I have been using BTI as a soil drench and the gnat population has been reduced substantially. However, the BTI is only effective in the soil for somewhere around 72 hours. I’d like to allow my soil more time to dry out in between treatments, but I need something that will stay effective in the soil for the drying period.

-Can I use neem oil in combination with the BTI? Or will the neem oil kill the BTI as well?
