Paint colors for resale

We are repainting our powder bath and entry area/stairs/up and downstairs hall. Painter is coming next week, prior to new flooring being installed. Coretec Coretta LVP is going in entire downstairs except for living room. Carpet will be current spin (has speckles) on neutral beige color. Realize that it is recommended to wait for flooring before wall color but this is "phase two - interior" of our earthquake repair to home so just trying to get through all the repairs. Making all decisions for resale. Powder bath has limited natural light (East) so was thinking of a warm creamy white, like Westhighland White to bounce light around. Other than paint and LVP, only item in bath to be changed is a long narrow mirror between pendants. Stairs and upper hallway will have carpet. Current color in open stairs area is BM Brunswick Beige and I like the contrast between trim and wall. However in den/kitchen have SW City Loft which doesn't go well with the beige. So looking for new off white/neutral color that would play well with City Loft (but no gray) for the big open area. Adjacent to entry is living room which is and will remain painted BM Harbour Town (neutral green) but in case this is useful information. Thank you for any suggestions, I would say I'm a "warm" color person.
