My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is anyone know about Carrier 38MAQB24-R?

I am replacing my 40 year old Chromalox furnace and AC for a new furnace and heat pump in a 1000 square feet single home. I have been offered a Carrier 38MAQB24-R heat pump with a carrier furnace. The installation company told be that this model is not energy star yet but will soon be. That is the reason why it comes with a good price. Any one heard of that? Seems to be a good product. Is Carrier reliable?
