Why are you looking to change the marble? I think this is beautiful! Try other options of art and decoration like adding plant pots on both sides of the door like this one:

Or you can also go for an outdoor rug to put in front of the door!

My first thought would be to put a rug near the door. Marble is so slippery.

Do you have any ideas perhaps for the dining room chandelier? Love the painting idea as well.....

(As a side note: wish I didn’t go with “repose gray SW”.... wanted more of a warm feel like with Revere Pewter ...oh well). Brass, or brushed brass, okay with this wall color?

Wall color and brass are warm and complimentary. If you have paint left over, consider painting out chair rail, so it doesn’t feel as broken up.

Dining room chandelier should work with foyer’s as per the two above.

If you wanted more formal, see combination below. There are so many ways you could head and if you search chandeliers on Pinterest you may see two you really like that work together

A cheap fix would be to paint the doors black and add a large rug to cover most of the marble.

If you use something like Flor carpet tiles, you can cut them to fit the space exactly.
